Reminders: every customer's next step
Set the promised follow-up and let the platform tell you when it is time to act.
A customer who asked for a call on Thursday and did not get one is a customer losing trust. Reminders make sure every promise has a date, a time and an owner.
How to create one
On the customer profile, open the reminders tab and create a new one. In the pipeline, right-click the card and choose to create a reminder. Set the type, the date and what needs to be done.
Day to day
- Complete it when the follow-up is done.
- Snooze it with one click: in 1 hour, in 3 hours, tomorrow at 9 a.m. or in a week.
- Overdue reminders get a late badge, so nothing stays hidden.
- The pipeline card shows the next reminder, so you can see from afar who has a pending follow-up.
Example
Dr. Paulo ends a first meeting with a new client and creates the reminder "Send fee proposal" for 10 a.m. the next day. On the customer dashboard, open reminders show everything the office promised and has not delivered yet.
Good practice
Every contact ends with a next step, and every next step becomes a reminder. It is the simplest habit to raise conversion without growing the team.
tripaulx AI agents
tripaulx AI agents also take care of follow-ups. The Reminders agent makes the promised contacts on WhatsApp and reminds the customer before each booked appointment. The team handles the follow-ups that need a person; the agents handle the rest.
