Move the cards: won with a value, lost with a reason
Drag each customer to the right stage and record the outcome of every deal.
Moving a card takes a second, and it is the gesture that keeps the pipeline truthful. The platform asks for confirmation on every move and records the change in the customer's history.
Move forward as the conversation moves forward
Drag the card to the next stage whenever the deal changes phase: qualification is done, the proposal was sent, terms are being negotiated.
Won asks for the value
When you move a card to Won, enter the sale value. That value is added to the customer's total sales, feeds the dashboard numbers and, when the Meta or Google Ads integration is on, goes back to your ads as a conversion, helping campaigns find people similar to those who buy.
Lost asks for the reason
When you move a card to Lost, describe the reason and the number of interactions. Over time, these reasons show where the company loses business: price, timing, competition, lack of follow-up.
Example
Studio Bella closes a package of sessions and moves the card to Won with the package value. A week later, it loses another customer because of scheduling and records the reason. At the end of the month, the loss reasons show that opening more evening slots may pay off.
tripaulx AI agents
In Missus, the CRM Manager, one of the tripaulx AI agents, reads conversations and moves cards forward when the conversation meets the stage criteria, with the reason recorded in the history. It never moves a card back and respects any move made by someone on the team in the last 24 hours. The team decides the final outcome; the agent keeps the path up to date.
