Location, tags, priority and owner
Four simple fields that organize who serves each customer, where and with what urgency.
These four fields turn a contact list into an organized operation. They appear on the profile, on pipeline cards and in the filters of every report.
Location
Shows which address or branch serves the customer. For Studio Bella, an aesthetics clinic with two locations, this separates each one's calendar, numbers and service. On the dashboard, the location filter narrows every indicator.
Tags
Colored labels that describe the customer: interest, profile, campaign, relationship stage. A repair shop like Auto Prime can tag "service overdue" and "fleet" to reach the right people at the right time. tripaulx AI agents also apply tags from your catalog while they talk.
Priority
Shows what needs attention first. Use it to highlight hot deals or customers who asked for an urgent callback. In the pipeline, you can filter by priority.
Owner
Defines who takes care of the customer. It prevents two people from answering the same person and, above all, nobody answering at all.
Good practice
Agree on simple rules with the team: every new profile gets a location and an owner at the first contact, and tags follow a short list everyone knows. A few well-used tags are worth more than many loose ones.
tripaulx AI agents
These fields are kept up to date by people and agents at the same time. When someone writes on WhatsApp, the platform sets the location from the number that received the message. During the conversation, tripaulx AI agents apply tags from your catalog and keep the owner in line with who is serving the customer. The team only needs to check.
