The customer dashboard

The numbers that show, in seconds, how your customer base is doing and where to act first.

The dashboard is the first screen of the Customers app. Instead of a loose list of names, it shows what matters to plan the day: how many people you serve, how many leads are still open and what changed in the period.

What you find on the dashboard

  • Clickable numbers. Total customers, open leads, companies and archived records. One click opens the list already filtered.
  • New customers in the period, compared with the previous period, and how many arrived through WhatsApp.
  • Funnel by pipeline, with the conversion of each stage. Clicking a stage shows exactly who is in it.
  • Most common sources and tags, so you know where your buyers come from.
  • Open reminders, so no promised follow-up falls behind.
  • Location filter, which narrows every number at once when the company has more than one address.

Why it is worth opening every day

A real estate agency like Lar Imóveis learns from the dashboard that half of the week's leads came from WhatsApp and that three proposals are stalled. A law office like Dr. Paulo's sees how many first meetings became contracts this month. These decisions used to depend on spreadsheets and memory; now they are one click away.

Tip

The numbers only tell the truth when profiles and the pipeline are up to date. The next guides show how to keep them that way without effort.

tripaulx AI agents

The dashboard numbers also reflect the work of tripaulx AI agents. They serve leads on WhatsApp in Missus, create the profile of whoever arrives, move cards in the pipeline and book appointments on the calendar. tripaulx works as an AI operating system for companies: the agents use the same tools as your team, such as Missus, Customers and Scheduling, and they work together. The dashboard shows the result of everyone's work.
