The CRM Manager: pipeline and tags up to date, effortlessly

An agent that reads every conversation and organizes the CRM for you, with rules that keep the team in control.

Keeping the CRM up to date is the task every team knows it should do and almost none does consistently. The CRM Manager does it while the team talks to customers.

What it does

For each conversation, it assesses what happened and:

  • moves the card forward to the stage the conversation justifies, with the reason in one line;
  • applies tags from the company's catalog that describe the case;
  • sets the relationship badge when it becomes clear that the contact is, for example, a supplier;
  • keeps the owner in line with who is serving the customer;
  • saves a summary and an internal note to the customer's history.

It does not talk to the customer. It works behind the scenes.

The rules that protect your operation

  • It never moves a card back. It only moves forward, and only when the conversation meets the stage criteria.
  • It only acts with high confidence. When in doubt, it leaves things as they are.
  • Lost only with a clear signal, such as a disqualified lead or a cancellation request.
  • It respects the team: if a person moved the card in the last 24 hours, their decision stands.
  • It only uses existing tags. It does not invent new ones.

A five-minute routine

Every morning, open the pipeline and check what the CRM Manager moved and tagged. If you disagree, move the card. Your correction prevails and the operation stays organized, with the team in control.

Example

Ricardo, an accountant, opens the pipeline on Monday and finds three leads already in Qualification, tagged "new company setup" and with a summary of each weekend conversation. All he needs to do is call.

tripaulx AI agents

The CRM Manager is one of the tripaulx AI agents that work together: while the support agents talk and book on WhatsApp, it organizes the pipeline and tags, and the Reminders agent takes care of follow-ups. Each one has its own tool, and the result shows up in Customers, in the pipeline and on the calendar.
