The leads list and Pending
Find who is waiting for an answer and handle stalled leads before they go cold.
A lead that waits goes cold. The list and the Pending card show who has not received attention yet and for how long.
The list
Each lead appears with the pipeline and stage it is in on the customer pipeline, and with how long it has been in that stage. Filter by period, source, stage, location and campaign.
Change the stage right from the list
You do not need to open the pipeline to update a lead. Change the stage right there as soon as the first contact is made. A lead counts as resolved when it was booked, won or lost.
The Pending card
It shows how much of the period has already left the queue and how many leads have been in the same stage for 1 to 3 days and for more than 3 days. It also shows how many you resolved today.
A simple routine
Once a week, open Pending and handle the leads stalled for more than three days: reply, book, or record the loss with its reason. In a few weeks, the queue stops piling up.
Example
Dr. Paulo's law office gets inquiries through the website over the weekend. On Monday morning, Pending shows who has not been answered yet. In half an hour, everyone gets a reply and those who want a meeting are already booked.
tripaulx AI agents
tripaulx AI agents help keep the queue from growing. With automatic first contact turned on, every new lead gets a WhatsApp reply in seconds, and the CRM Manager moves the stage forward as the conversation evolves. Pending mostly holds the cases that need a person's attention.
