The leads dashboard: where your customers come from
See how many leads arrived in the period, where they came from and which campaigns bring results.
Intentions brings together everyone who showed interest in your company: people who filled in a website form, clicked the WhatsApp button, answered a Meta ad or came in through a landing page. The dashboard shows this movement in a way that helps you decide where to invest.
Pick the period
Today, yesterday, last 7 days, last 28 days, this month, last week, the year, or a specific month or day. The last 28 days are the default, always compared with the 28 days before to show whether you grew or dropped.
What the dashboard shows
- Total leads and the change from the previous period.
- Source: Google Ads, Meta Ads, organic, direct, WhatsApp, email and even AI assistants such as ChatGPT.
- Campaigns that brought the most leads.
- Forms and pages that converted best.
- By location and by intent, covered in the next guide.
Example
Lar Imóveis looks at the last 28 days and notices that the launch campaign brought many leads, but organic search brought the people who booked the most visits. The decision on where to put the next investment is based on data, not on gut feeling.
Tip
Pair the dashboard with sales conversion, in the guide about rankings and sales, to know not only who arrives but who buys.
tripaulx AI agents
Many of these leads are first served by tripaulx AI agents. Someone who arrives from the website or an ad can get a first WhatsApp contact in seconds, be qualified and leave the conversation with a meeting booked. tripaulx works as an AI operating system for companies: the agents use the same tools as your team, such as Missus, Customers and Scheduling, and they work together. The same lead goes through Intentions, Missus, Customers and the calendar, and the agents act at every step.
