Leads by location and by intent
Find out which branch gets the most demand and what people want when they get in touch.
Two views answer questions every manager asks: where the demand is and what people are asking for.
By location
When the company has more than one address, each lead is linked to the right location. The dashboard shows how many leads each location received and from which source groups: paid media, organic, direct, WhatsApp and email, AI or unattributed. In the list, you can filter by location.
By intent
Each lead gets an intent that sums up what the person wanted: book an assessment, ask a question, customer service, complaint, cancellation, offer, careers, talk to the location, compliment or suggestion. The classification comes from the phrase chosen in the website's WhatsApp button.
Why it helps
- The team serves people who want to book first and handles complaints with priority.
- The manager sees whether a location gets many questions and few bookings, a sign that the website could explain the services better.
- Cancellation requests show up early, while there is still time to turn them around.
Example
Studio Bella has two locations. The breakdown shows that the downtown location gets more assessment requests and the neighborhood one more questions about price. The answer is simple: publish the price list on the second location's page.
tripaulx AI agents
tripaulx AI agents serve each lead according to what they ask for in the conversation: they offer times to those who want to book, answer questions and hand over to the team the cases that need a person, such as a complaint.
