In compliance with consumer protection regulations, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal and request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used in the original transaction.
All subscription plans are of a prepaid nature, with the amount paid corresponding to the monthly service cycle. Full access to the infrastructure, features, and benefits is granted immediately upon subscription, regardless of the customer's effective use of the service.
After the seven (7) calendar days from the subscription date, the amount paid shall be considered non-refundable, under any justification of partial or total non-use, due to the immediate and complete availability of the contracted structure, which remains accessible to the customer throughout the entire billing cycle.
The customer may request cancellation at any time, without the imposition of fines, interest, or additional charges. Cancellation will only prevent the automatic renewal of the subsequent cycle and shall not entitle the customer to a refund of amounts related to the already initiated billing cycle.
By subscribing, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of the Terms of Service and becomes effective as of its publication date.
