When a family needs care at home, finding the right team starts with trust. Before a conversation can happen, that family needs to find the service, understand what it offers and know how to get in touch.

DulceCare provides home care and nursing in Salto, Itu and the surrounding region of São Paulo state. Until recently, it had no established online presence. With tripaulx, the business built a digital home for its services and a way to follow the inquiries that arrive through it.

01 / Becoming discoverable

A place for families to find the right information.

The website gives DulceCare a presence beyond the first referral: clear service pages, information about its coverage and a direct path to contact the team. Families can explore home care, support for older adults and nursing services before starting a conversation.

Editorial content adds another point of discovery. Practical information about care at home helps people understand their options, while the business has a place to explain its approach and make its services easier to find.

The Search Console dashboard now records more than 100 organic Google clicks and more than 1,700 impressions. The team can now follow how that presence is being discovered and use those signals to guide the next steps.

02 / A new route to customers

Discovery now includes Google and ChatGPT.

Search is part of the journey, and AI assistants have become another route to the website. DulceCare’s Analytics dashboard identifies more than 30 visits referred by ChatGPT alongside its other traffic sources.

For this case, tripaulx reports that DulceCare has already closed business originating from Google and ChatGPT. The practical change is that a business with little previous online presence is now reaching people who can become customers through these channels.

Bringing discovery and inquiries into one environment gives the team a way to follow the relationship beyond the first visit, from understanding the need to discussing the next step with a family.

03 / Keeping the inquiry connected

From the source of a visit to the next conversation.

Intentions brings captured inquiries into an organized lead view. The team can see available source information, distinguish organic Google contacts from ChatGPT referrals and follow each inquiry’s stage.

With consent and the available on-site tracking, recorded interactions can add context to the first conversation. This helps the team understand how someone reached DulceCare and continue the conversation with that context.

The team works with lead context inside the business’s own environment. Public reporting uses aggregate indicators, preserving the privacy of each family’s inquiry.

04 / A foundation for the next chapter

Build the presence. Learn from the response.

With its website, content, traffic indicators and lead sources in one environment, DulceCare has a foundation it can keep developing. Search data shows how the site is being found, and the team’s conversations add context about what families need.

For a home care business, the value of being online is a human connection: helping a family find a team it can speak to, understand and trust.
