Book from the chat and leave the reminders to us
From the time agreed in the conversation to the automatic reminder, without switching screens.
Many appointments start in a WhatsApp conversation. Missus turns that agreement into a booking and takes care of the confirmation.
Book with one click
When the customer writes a time in the conversation, such as "how about Tuesday at 3 p.m.?", Missus recognizes it and suggests booking with one click. Before confirming, it checks that the slot is free and whether the customer already has something booked.
tripaulx AI agents
When one of the tripaulx AI agents is serving the customer, it offers times that fit the availability, and books and reschedules on its own, always within the calendar's rules. In Missus, the agents book consultations and meetings right in the WhatsApp conversation, move the customer through the sales pipeline and apply tags automatically. tripaulx works as an AI operating system for companies: the agents use the same tools as your team, such as Missus, Customers and Scheduling, and they work together.
Automatic reminders
The customer gets a WhatsApp reminder 24 hours before and another 2 hours before the appointment, with the meeting link when the appointment is online. Fewer no-shows, and nobody has to remember to remind anyone.
After the appointment
A satisfaction survey can be sent after the appointment to measure how the experience was perceived.
Example
A customer asks Lar Imóveis whether she can visit the apartment on Saturday at 10 a.m. The agent clicks to book, the visit goes on the calendar and the pipeline card, and the customer gets reminders on Friday and on Saturday morning.
